Our full-day private tours are made for people who would like to see Niagara Falls their own way, where they can visit the attractions they want to see and leave when they choose.

Groups who want to stay at the Falls for the entire day and visit attractions that are not on the bus tour (perhaps visit the Casino or the Wax Museum or Haunted House in Clifton Hill)

Booking is fast, safe, and easy. Once you have booked, a ToNiagaraTours representative will email you and create a tentative itinerary with pickup and drop-off details as well as any attractions you would like to visit.

You will have a driver and 14 passengers in a tour vehicle for up to 9.5 hours. To make your trip planning easier, we offer tour add-ons like helicopter tour tickets, Hornblower boat cruise tickets, and a buffet at Skylon Towers.

Please note: The customer pays for meals (unless purchased as an add-on) and all entrance fees to any attractions visited. The tour schedule below is an example of where you could go. With a custom tour, the attractions you visit are completely up to you!

Pick Up - Niagara Falls Large Group Custom Tour

Your tour starts when we pick everybody up from Toronto or the surrounding area (Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, etc) in one of our meticulous maintained luxury vehicles, pick up time depends entirely on you!

Your custom tour arrives at Niagara Falls where you can view the Falls and wander around. You can then head to one of the many restaurants for a nice lunch (lunch is not included in tour price).

Hornblower Boat Cruise (Optional Add-On)

Witness the power of the Niagara Falls up-close and personal by boarding the Hornblower (formerly Maid of the Mist) boat cruise. You will travel past the American and Bridal Veil Falls and stop at the base of the Horseshoe Falls. This is an excellent photo opportunity and fun for adults and children.

The fun never stops at Clifton Hill. Get a birds eye view in a climate controlled gondola 175 feet above the Falls in the Niagara SkyWheel. You could also visit the Movieland wax museum and see all your favourite movie, television and music celebrities up close and personal.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Niagara Falls Tour Private Tours:

To change or cancel a private tour date, please call or email Niagara Falls Tour.

Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.

If a private tour is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead NO REFUND will be provided.

You are responsible for arriving on time to your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location through email.
If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.

Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, however must be done within 24 hours of booking.
To switch your Private tour to a larger vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you are switching to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
n the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown Niagara Falls Tour will be provide a full refund.
