Booking a tour can be done safely online. Simply select the Green "Book This Tour" button and choose the Addons you would like (i.e. Hornblower Boat Cruise tickets, Lunch Buffet, Helicopter Tour, etc)
Niagara Falls Tour will then confirm your tour and email you a tentative itinerary with pickup/dropoff details as well as any attractions you would like to visit.
A driver/tour guide and 7 passenger tour vehicle will be provided to you for upto 6 hours.
Please Note: Customer pays for meals (unless purchased as an Add-On) and all entrance fees to any attractions visited. The tour schedule below is an example of where you could go. With a custom tour the attractions you visit are completely up to you!

You will be picked up at your Toronto Hotel or nearby pick-up destination and taken to Niagara Falls and witness one of the natural wonders of the world.
Experience the natural phenomenon of the Niagara River. You will witness the power of the Niagara River and watch the white waters of the rapids in the Niagara Gorge. The waters of the rapids converge, causing them to spin in counterclockwise motion. Board a helicopter ride and experience Niagara Falls from above (optional add-on).
Your Half-Day Tour can include a ride on the Hornblower Boat Cruise where you are taken upto the base of the Niagara Falls, this is a great chance to take amazing pictures. You get the VIP treatment, thereu0027s no waiting any long lineups. Hornblower tickets are a recommended optional Add-On.
Enjoy a full Canadian Buffet Lunch (optional add-on). A fresh, healthy and delicious buffet lunch at the Sheraton Fallsview Restaurant, on the penthouse level of the Sheraton Hotel. You will enjoy a tasty meal with a lot to choose from while enjoying the spectacular view of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls and American Falls. This is an awesome photo opportunity!
The tour ends back where it started, we either travel back to your hotel or drop you off at the airport (optional add-on).

Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.
If a Private Tour is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead NO REFUND will be provided.
This 6-hour private tour includes round-trip transportation from Toronto in a 7-passenger vehicle, a dedicated driver/guide, and a customizable itinerary.

No. Meals and entrance tickets are not included by default. However, you can purchase them as Add-Ons during booking (e.g., Hornblower Cruise, Helicopter Ride, Buffet Lunch).
The Helicopter Tour is available as an optional Add-On and can be included in your customized itinerary.
The tour duration is 6 hours, including travel time between Toronto and Niagara Falls. The exact attractions visited depend on how you'd like to spend that time.
The Hornblower Boat Cruise is optional and recommended as an Add-On. If included, you’ll receive VIP access with no long wait times.
Booking and Payment Policy – Niagara Falls Tour Experience
This tour product is available on request and is subject to availability. Upon submission of your booking request, our team will promptly verify availability and confirm your reservation at the earliest possible opportunity.
Book Now, Pay Later Option:
Customers may select the Book Now, Pay Later option during the reservation process. Under this option, no immediate payment is required at the time of booking. However, full payment will be automatically charged to the payment method provided upon confirmation of the booking by the tour operator.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Customers are entitled to a full refund if the confirmed booking is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
Please be advised that the Book Now, Pay Later option is not available for bookings made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled tour date. In such cases, full payment is required at the time of booking.
