Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Feel free to call or email us to change/cancel Niagara Falls Private tours. We release FULL REFUND to customers who call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel. NO REFUND for customers who cancel a private tour less than than 24 hours ahead.
  • Be responsible for arriving on time to take part in the Scarborough to Niagara Falls Half Day Private Tour. If you miss the tour or arrive late to participate, NO REFUND is released. Our pickup vehicle will wait for a few minutes. We will send you the pickup timing and location details via email.
  • Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, if a Private Tour is cancelled, you are eligible for FULL REFUND as soon as possible on your credit card or any other mode of payment, as applicable.
  • You can reschedule your private tour to another date free of cost.
  • You can switch your private tour to an Evening tour, a custom tour or vice versa. Pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There is no processing fees, additionally. To reschedule an experience, the cancellation guidelines are applied based on the original purchase time and the original start date of the activity.
  • You can switch your tour to less expensive tour. We will release the difference amount on your credit card.
  • Bus/vehicle breakdowns are rare and occasional. We will make all efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up. For any time lost on the tour or change in the vehicle, NO REFUND can be claimed. However, if a private tour is cancelled due to a bus/vehicle breakdown, we release FULL REFUND.

The amount of walking depends on you. Niagara-on-the-lake is an old, historical town that offers a lot of walking out there. Whereas, Niagara Falls is a modern and accessible town that offers an appreciable walking out there. The amount of walking and places to visit are inter-relatable.

Yes, you can create your tour plan. The experiences shared above are just suggestion. You can make your private tour your way.

Pickup timings depend on you. For private tours, most travelers are picked up between 7 am and 7 pm.

Tipping is always optional. If you enjoy the experience and want to appreciate the tour guide, then gratuity is accepted. Only a 10% to 20% tip is usual.

All our tour guides speak fluent English and are licensed by the Niagara Parks Commission. Further, if you prefer a tour in different language, then you may have to pay for a stand-alone tour guide.
