    Pickup Information

    • We pick up and drop off at Toronto Pearson International Airport. We try to keep the group sizes small so that tours can be conducted preferably in 6 Seater SUVs.
    • We also pick up from Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport (For Sheraton Hotel Guests Only), Terminal 3 Toronto Amf, Toronto, ON L5P 1C4

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    To change/cancel Niagara Falls Day/Evening/Private Tour dates, please call or email us.

    Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.

    If a Day or Evening Tour is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead, NO REFUND will be provided.

    • You are responsible for arriving on time for your Niagara Falls Small-Group Tour. The pickup vehicle will usually wait for a few minutes; however, if you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location through email.
    • If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.
    • Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge.
    • To switch your tour from day tour to evening tour, custom tour or vice versa, you will have to pay the difference in the tour fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience.
    • If you are switching to a less expensive tour, Niagaa Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
    • In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in a passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to a bus/vehicle breakdown Niagara Falls Tour will provide a full refund.

    Booking and Payment Policy – Niagara Falls Tour Experience

    This tour product is available on request and is subject to availability. Upon submission of your booking request, our team will promptly verify availability and confirm your reservation at the earliest possible opportunity.

    Book Now, Pay Later Option:

    Customers may select the Book Now, Pay Later option during the reservation process. Under this option, no immediate payment is required at the time of booking. However, full payment will be automatically charged to the payment method provided upon confirmation of the booking by the tour operator.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    Customers are entitled to a full refund if the confirmed booking is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

    Exceptions:

    Please be advised that the Book Now, Pay Later option is not available for bookings made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled tour date. In such cases, full payment is required at the time of booking.
