You will have a driver and 36passenger tour vehicle for upto 9.5 hours. To make your trip planning easier we offer tour add-ons like Helicopter Tour tickets, Hornblower Boat Cruise tickets and Buffet at Skylon Towers.

Please note: The customer pays for meals (unless purchased as an add-on) and all entrance fees to any attractions visited. The tour schedule below is an example of where you could go. With a custom tour, the attractions you visit are completely up to you!

Pick Up - Niagara Falls Large Group Custom Tour

Your tour starts when we pick your group up from Toronto or the surrounding area (Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Oakville etc) in one of our meticulous maintained luxury vehicles, pick up time depends entirely on you! Board the Hornblower Boat Cruise (formerly known as the Maid of the Mist). This is probably the most popular attraction in Niagara Falls. You can purchase tickets with ToNiagara which enables you to skip any long lineups, these tickets are essential for any corporate outings. The Hornblower Boat Cruise is an excellent photo opportunity and fun for adults and children.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Niagara Falls Tour Private Tours:

To change or cancel a private tour date, please call or email Niagara Falls Tour.

Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.

If a private tour is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead NO REFUND will be provided.

You are responsible for arriving on time to your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location through email.
If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.

Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, however must be done within 24 hours of booking.
To switch your Private tour to a larger vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you are switching to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown Niagara Falls Tour will be provide a full refund.
