  • Enjoy a cozy, air-conditioned car pickup from any hotels or bed and breakfast within Markham area.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you need to change/cancel tour dates please call or email us. Customers will receive a 80% refund if they call at least 7 days ahead to cancel. If a tour is cancelled less than 7 days ahead 50% of the total booking fee (taxes included) is charged.
  • You are responsible for arriving on time to your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location through email.
  • If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.
  • Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, however must be done within 24 hours of booking.
  • To switch your Private tour to a larger vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation policy is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the tour. If you are switching to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
  • In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown Niagara Falls Tour will be provide a full refund.

Booking and Payment Policies for Your Niagara Falls Tour Experience: This product is available upon request. Niagara Falls Tour will confirm availability within the shortest possible time after receiving your order. You may initiate a booking request by paying a deposit equal to 20% of the total booking fee. Full payment is withdrawn automatically when Niagara Falls Tour confirms the booking.

You are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled up to 24 hours before the tour date.

Please note that for bookings scheduled within 20 days of the tour date, the option to reserve your spot with a 20% deposit is not available.
