Where does my tour depart from?

There are multiple pickup points on both sides of the border, all within walking or driving distance from most hotels. We will provide directions to your departure point when you confirm your tour.

Do I need to wait until I arrive at Niagara Falls to book my tour?

Due to the popularity of our tours, we recommend that you reserve your seats as soon as possible to guard against the possibility of a sell-out.

What type of clothing is recommended for the tour?

Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended. It is always a few degrees cooler near the water, so a jacket or sweater is also a good idea for cooler temperatures.

Do I need to bring money on tour with me?

The price of your tour includes all attraction and parking fees. You may want to bring some spending money or a credit card with you as you will be given the opportunity to purchase snacks or souvenirs. Tipping your tour guide is at your discretion.

    Do you pickup from Buffalo?

Yes, we pick-up from any downtown or airport hotel in Buffalo for our tours. There is an additional $40 round trip fee per party for these pickups, you can discuss when you confirm your tour.

    Are meals included?

No, meals are not provided. Breaks will be given throughout the tour in order for guests to purchase something to eat on their own.
