Collapsible wheelchairs are allowed but there should be someone to help the wheelchair person to get on board. We cannot determine the exact time of duration as it totally depends on how much traffic there is to tackle. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry on bag. Anything other than that will be considered as extra and will not be allowed. If you still feel thee need to carry the extra luggage then you can directly contact the operator way prior to your departure to confirm of your extra luggage. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Infants and children weighting up to 18kg/40lbs are necessarily required to be in an approved CMVSS car seat that is supplied either by the child’s parent or the caregiver and it should be secured to the vehicle using seatbelt. Certified dogs and service animals can completely travel on the bus. Valid guide or service grog certification must be provided to the driver himself during the check in process.

Board a cosy motor coach at the Capital City Station in the centre of downtown Victoria to experience a hassle-free, convenient journey between downtown Victoria and a few downtown Vancouver hotels. You will be driven by the motor bus to the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal from where you will board a BC Ferry to reach the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. The 95-minute beautiful journey spans the Strait of Georgia. Remember to look out for a variety of fauna in addition to the breathtaking scenery! Upon reaching the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal, you will be taken directly to one of our six carefully chosen Downtown Vancouver hotels by the same motor coach.

The approximate duration of transfers is contingent upon the time of day and traffic conditions.

There is a maximum of one suitcase and one carry-on bag per passenger. Surfboards, golf clubs, and bicycles are examples of oversized or excessive luggage that may be subject to restrictions. Please check with the operator before departing to be sure your extra luggage is allowed.

Approved Guide Dogs are welcome to ride our bus. Presenting a valid guide or service dog certification to the driver is a requirement for check-in.
