    Domed Jet Boat Trip on Niagara River

    Get a glimpse of the Niagara Gorge's breathtaking natural surroundings. Discover the historical significance of the river while experiencing the exhilaration of Devil's Hole's class 5 rapids and the size of the Whirlpool. Feel free to bring a camera to capture the experience as the glass dome provides a 360-degree view of the river while keeping you dry! Please note that Niagara Falls is not a stop on any of our itineraries. Our excursions travel upriver via the Class V Rapids at Devil's Hole, into the Niagara Gorge, and up to the Niagara Whirlpool. A section of Class VI rapids that are impassable and against the law to cross separates the Whirlpool and Niagara Falls.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to the tour to get a full refund.

    • If you cancel the tour upto 24 hours befor the trip you will recieve a total Refund.
    • For any cancellations that is made within 24 hours before the Tour's start time, your amount won't be reimbursed.
    • No Changes or Modifications requested less than 24 hours before to the start of the Tour, will be made
    • The time cut-offs will be scheduled as per local time.

    Other Information

    • Confirmation will be sent once the booking is made.
    • Wheelchair cannot be taken inside the boat.
    • The departure point can be reached by Public Transportation
    • This trip is not recommended for travelers with back problems
    • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
    • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
    • To register, sign the participation agreement, and attend the pre-trip safety orientation, please arrive promptly 45 minutes before departure. It is crucial to arrive on time for the safety orientation because if you are late, we will shift you to the next available trip time without warning (which can be the following day).
    • The participation agreement for jet-boating is very specific regarding all pertinent issues, including the required levels of personal fitness. Refusal to sign the Agreement will not result in a credit or refund.
    • Accessibility for people in wheelchairs: Visitors may use a wheelchair on the dock and up to the boat, but they may not bring the chair inside the boat. Passengers are obliged to bring their own caretaker if assistance is needed. Visitors must be able to support themselves by sitting on a bench and grabbing a bar in front of each seat without help.
    • All Participants must be at least 40" tall (1 meter), or the height of a typical 4-year-old.
    • Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
    • Those who arrive late or don't show up won't get their money back. A full refund is available if you cancel your trip within 24 hours of departure. Up until the day of departure, trips may be changed without incurring additional fees (subject to availability).
    • Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is not responsible for bringing you to the departure point; guests must arrive on location through their own mode of transportation.
    • For confirmation, each trip needs a minimum of 48 individuals.
    • Please note that we do not view Niagara Falls from our tour.
    • Most travelers will be able to participate in the trip.
