Our full-day private tours are made for people who would like to see Niagara Falls their own way, where they can visit the attractions they want to see and leave when they choose.

  • Booking is fast, safe and easy, once you have booking a representative will email you and create a tentative itinerary with pickup/dropoff details as well as any attractions you would like to visit.
  • You will have a driver and 24 passenger tour vehicle for upto 9.5 hours. To make your trip planning easier we offer tour add-ons like Helicopter Tour tickets, Hornblower Boat Cruise tickets and buffet at Skylon Tower.

Please note: The customer pays for meals (unless purchased as an add-on) and all entrance fees to any attractions visited. The tour schedule below is an example of where you could go. With a custom tour, the attractions you visit are completely up to you!

    Tour Begins - Pickup from Hotel or Specified pick location

    Your tour starts when we pick everybody up from the Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Oakville, etc) or from a Niagara Falls Hotel or specified pickup location in one of our meticulous maintained luxury vehicles, pick up time depends entirely on you!

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Niagara Falls Tour Private Tours:

    To change or cancel a private tour date, please call or email Niagara Falls Tour.

    Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.

    If a private tour is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead NO REFUND will be provided.

    • You are responsible for arriving on time to your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location through email.
    • If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.
    • Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, however must be done within 24 hours of booking.
    • To switch your Private tour to a larger vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you are switching to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
    • In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown Niagara Falls Tour will be provide a full refund.

    Booking and Payment Policy – Niagara Falls Tour Experience

    This tour product is available on request and is subject to availability. Upon submission of your booking request, our team will promptly verify availability and confirm your reservation at the earliest possible opportunity.

    Book Now, Pay Later Option:

    Customers may select the Book Now, Pay Later option during the reservation process. Under this option, no immediate payment is required at the time of booking. However, full payment will be automatically charged to the payment method provided upon confirmation of the booking by the tour operator.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    Customers are entitled to a full refund if the confirmed booking is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

    Exceptions:

    Please be advised that the Book Now, Pay Later option is not available for bookings made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled tour date. In such cases, full payment is required at the time of booking.

    By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
