Instructions Before Cruise

We request the passengers to reach at least thirty minutes prior to the departure time as it helps us avoid any delay. The cruise shall not wait for the late passengers. This cruise can carry up to 12 passengers, therefore it will be a much intimate experience for the passengers and not one of those crowded ones that other big ships offer. First and foremost, you get to meet your professional guide who is well qualified and passionate about this job. Your outfits for the day will be the red cruise suit as it is both a life preserver and waterproof.

On cruise:

As the basic things, like boarding and getting into your outfits are completed you are ready to begin this journey. Be ready to navigate around some famous landmarks. You get to pass by Vancouver and the skyline of Vancouver will just amaze you. Vancouver is the main city and offers picture perfect views. You also see the barrard inlet which is another perfect location for your cruise tour. Moving further you witness the English Bay which is the most famous for its sunsets. It has a ton of beaches which are famous tourist spots. Keep cruising and you will reach the Stanley park. The Stanley park is one of the most famous things around here. The beauty this offers is beyond incredible. It is full of greenery and lush forests all around.

You will be cruising in none other than the Pacific Ocean, and trust us it will not disappoint. The Pacific Ocean has some beautiful marine life. A cruise tour is incomplete without spotting some of the prettiest marine animals. You might see few dolphins as you lay your eyes on the water. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For a complete refund, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience.
You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the activity in order to get a complete refund.
You will not receive your money back if you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience begins.
Less than 24 hours before to the experience's start time, modifications won't be permitted.
The local time of the experience determines the cutoff times.
Good weather is required for this encounter. In the event of inclement weather, you will receive a full refund or an alternative date.
There is a minimum number of travelers needed for this activity. If the minimum is not reached, you will receive a complete refund or an alternative date and/or experience.

At the time of booking, confirmation will be sent. There are no significant medical disorders, such as heart difficulties.

It is necessary to arrive thirty minutes beforehand to get ready for the journey! Leave early, the boat won't wait!
Not suitable for wheelchairs
You should wear flat, closed-toe shoes and dress in layers; the temperature on the water is at least 10 degrees colder than on land, so pack a jacket or windbreaker; you will receive a cruiser suit to wear over your clothes, which is required by Transport Canada in order to board the Zodiac.
Should you intend to carry your camera on the boat, it is advised that you pack a plastic bag to protect it from the elements.
Remember this: During the trip, you can become wet.
In close proximity to public transportation
A moderate level of physical fitness is required of travelers.
A WAIVER can be found in your booking confirmation email; please make sure you sign it before arriving.
Works in any weather; please wear suitable clothing.
Those with a history of serious medical issues, such as back or neck injuries, recent surgery, and/or current or probable pregnancy, should not use this product.
In addition, passengers who are less than 4 feet, 120 cm, or 50 pounds, 23 kg, are not permitted to board (usually pertains to minors under 7 y.o.)
