Cancellation & Refund Policy

Niagara Falls Tour – Private Tour Policies

To change or cancel your Private Tour, please contact Niagara Falls Tour by phone or email. Customers are eligible for a FULL REFUND if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, no refund will be issued.

Punctuality is your responsibility. If you arrive late and miss your tour, no refund will be provided. Your pickup time and location will be clearly communicated to you via email.
If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen events, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND via your original payment method.
You may reschedule your tour free of charge, but this must be done within 24 hours of booking.
If you wish to upgrade to a larger vehicle, you'll need to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. No additional processing fees apply. In case of rescheduling, the original cancellation policy (based on the original booking time and start date) will remain in effect.
If you switch to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your original payment method.
In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, all reasonable efforts will be made to continue the tour—alternate transportation will be arranged if necessary.
