Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change or cancel the date of your Private Tour with Niagara Falls Tour, please contact us either by phone or email. If you reach out to us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel, we will gladly provide you with a full refund. However, please note that if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours ahead, no refund will be available.
It is important that you arrive on time for your Private Tour. If you happen to arrive late and miss the tour, we regret to inform you that no refund will be provided. We will send you an email specifying the pickup time and location for your convenience.
In the event that your tour needs to be canceled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will be promptly notified. Rest assured that you will receive a full refund to your credit card or any other applicable method of payment.
Should you need to reschedule your tour for another date, we are happy to accommodate this request free of charge. However, please ensure that the rescheduling is done within 24 hours of your initial booking.
If you wish to switch your Private Tour to a larger vehicle, an additional fee will be required to cover the price difference. There are no extra processing fees involved in this transaction. If you decide to reschedule your experience, please be aware that the cancellation policy will be based on the original purchase time and start date of the experience.
On the other hand, if you choose to switch to a less expensive Private Tour, we will refund the difference to your credit card accordingly.
In the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to continue the tour by arranging for another vehicle or vehicles to pick you up. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation. However, please note that no refund will be provided for any time lost during the tour or changes in the passenger vehicle. Alternatively, if the tour needs to be canceled due to a breakdown, we will fully refund your payment.
