We offer free pick up from Richmond Hill. The tour is conducted in small groups and takes approximately 1.5 hours (90 minutes) to drive to Niagara Falls.

Pickup Information

We offer door-to-door pickup & drop-off. We try to keep the group sizes small so that tours can be conducted preferably in Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. This allows us to pickup from your preferred location. Larger vehicles like buses will be used based on the group size.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change/cancel Niagara Falls Day/Evening/Private Tour dates please call or email us.

Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.

If a Day or Evening Tour is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead NO REFUND will be provided.

You are responsible for arriving on time for your Niagara Falls Small-Group Tour. The pickup vehicle will usually wait for a few minutes; however, if you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location through email.
If for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.
Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge.
To switch your tour from a day tour to an evening tour, custom tour or vice versa, you will have to pay the difference in the tour fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience.
If you are switching to a less expensive tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicle may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in a passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to a bus/vehicle breakdown Niagara Falls Tour will provide a full refund.

Q: What type of vehicle is used?

This small-group tour is usually conducted in a comfortable Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. It is heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. Sometimes for larger groups, the tour may be conducted in a shuttle bus or van, depending on the requirement.

Q: Is this a good sightseeing tour?

Yes. It is a GREAT sightseeing tour. We show you most of what the Niagara region has to offer on this 9.5-hour tour.

Q: Is there ever a circumstance when a location is omitted from the tour?

During the winter months, the Hornblower Boat Cruise is closed. Instead, we visit the Journey Behind The Falls Attraction (or Skylon Tower, if Journey Behind The Falls is unavailable)

Q: Are we inside the vehicle the whole tour?

No, since locations are spread out, we must use a comfortable coach vehicle for transportation. However, there are a number of stops to get off the vehicle and explore your surroundings.

Q: Is there assigned seating in the vehicle?

Seating is first-come, first-serve. However, please get in touch with info@niagarafallstour.com if you require a reserved seat, and we will try to assist.

Q: If the tour is sold out, is there a waiting list?

No, there are no waiting lists. It is best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Q: Are cameras allowed on tour?

Yes. We want you to capture all the great memories of your tour with us!

Q: Should I tip the tour guide?

Gratuities are not included in the price of your ticket. A tip is not required but is always appreciated!

Q: Are food and drink included on tour? Can I bring my own?

No food is served on the tour, and you are provided complimentary bottled water. Feel free to bring your own snacks as long as you remove all garbage from the vehicle at the end of the tour. There are many fast food places to eat, or you can purchase the lunch add-on when you book your ticket.

Q: Are kids ages 0-3 years of age free?

Infants 0-3 years of age are free; however, seating is not guaranteed. If the vehicle is full they may have to sit on a lap. If you purchase a seat, it is guaranteed.

**This group tour requires a minimum number of travellers. If this requirement is not met, you will be given the option of either rescheduling for a different date or choosing a different tour, or you can receive a full refund.
