Ottawa Boat Cruise Small Group Tour

We'll drive you around Rockcliffe Park to show you everything. The Prime Minister's Residence, the Governor General's Residence, and large tour buses are not permitted to travel here, but since we are in a passenger van, you will get the opportunity to visit several places that most tourists won't get to see, including the official residence of the US Ambassador to Canada. We'll also make a stop at the Rockcliffe vantage point, from which you may get some breathtaking images of the Ottawa River.

You'll visit the Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica in Ottawa after your tour of Rockcliffe Park. In Ottawa's biggest and oldest standing church, you'll be in awe of the opulent gothic interiors.

After that, you'll take a narrated drive by famous sites like the Parliament Buildings and stop outside the Supreme Court and Canadian Museum of History to take stunning photos of the surrounding area.

Your journey ends at Parliament Hill, where the Canadian Parliament is located. Your guide will take you there to complete your tour. On a self-guided walking tour of the grounds, you will get the chance to learn about the rich history of the country and to enjoy the stunning Gothic revival-style buildings and their architectural features that are significant to the nation.

This tranquil river trip will take you leisurely floating down the Ottawa River after departing from the piers at Jacques Cartier Park. You will be able to see over 55 different locations along the river during your delightful river tour, including everything from the Chateau Laurier Hotel and Rideau Falls to the Parliament Buildings, the Supreme Court of Canada, and the Prime Minister's House. (Cruise availability varies by season. A trip to the Canadian Museum of History will be substituted for the river cruise during the winter months. The tour does not include lunch, however there are snacks available for purchase on the boat.
