Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change a Oakville To Niagara Falls Small Group Private Tour date or cancel the tour, please call or email Niagara Falls Tour. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel. If a private tour is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead, NO REFUND will be provided.

  • You are responsible for arriving on time to your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location through email.
  • If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.
  • Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, however must be done within 24 hours of booking.
  • To switch your Private tour to a larger vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation policy is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience. If you are switching to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
  • In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown Niagara Falls Tour will be provide a full refund.

Yes, you can create your own itinerary. The itinerary above is only a suggestion; you can take your private trip your way!

That depends entirely on you! Most people are picked up between 9 and 11 AM for private trips.

Yes, Tipping is always optional; if your time is enjoyable and you want to thank your trip guide, gratuities are greatly appreciated. 10% - 20% is the usual tip.

All our guides speak English fluently and a licensed by the Niagara Parks Commission. If you require a trip in a different language, you may have to pay for a stand-alone trip guide if you need a different language.

The amount of walking depends entirely on you. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a beautiful, old town, and there is quite a lot of walking there and also quite a few steps. Niagara Falls is a little more modern and accessible; however, the amount you walk is related to the amount you want to see!
