  • We pickup from your accommodation, a hotel or B& B or private Residence (provide the address) in North York.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change/cancel a Private Tour date, please call or email Niagara Falls Tour. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 48 hours ahead to cancel. If a Private Tour is cancelled less than 48 hours ahead, NO REFUND will be provided.

  • You are responsible for arriving on time to your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location through email.
  • If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.
  • Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, however must be done within 24 hours of booking.
  • To switch your Private tour to a larger vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you are switching to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
  • In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown Niagara Falls Tour will be provide a full refund.

The standard tour runs from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, but we can adjust the schedule to suit your needs.

We offer pickup and drop-off from any location in North York, including hotels, homes, and BnBs.

No, attraction tickets (e.g., Niagara City Cruises Boat Cruise, Skylon Tower, Helicopter Tour) are not included. You can choose the attractions you want to visit and pay on-site.

Yes! This private tour operates all year round, offering different experiences for each season.

If you have ordered the Lunch/Dinner Add-On or any other related service. There will be NO REFUND to your meal or activity if it does not meet your satisfaction.

Booking and Payment Policies for Your Niagara Falls Tour Experience: This product is available upon request. Niagara Falls Tour will confirm availability within the shortest possible time after receiving your order. You may initiate a booking request by paying a deposit equal to 20% of the total booking fee. Full payment is withdrawn automatically when Niagara Falls Tour confirms the booking.

You are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled up to 24 hours before the tour date.

Please note that for bookings scheduled within 20 days of the tour date, the option to reserve your spot with a 20% deposit is not available.
