We will pickup from hotels or B&Bs anywhere in North York in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to change or cancel your tour dates, please contact us by phone or email. Customers will receive an 80% refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance. If the tour is cancelled less than 48 hours ahead, 50% of the total booking fee (including taxes) will be charged.
You are responsible for arriving on time for your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will send your pickup time and location via email.
If your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or another applicable payment method.
Rescheduling your tour to a different date is free of charge, but must be done within 24 hours of booking.
If you wish to upgrade your Private Tour to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the difference in the vehicle fee—no additional processing fees apply. In the event of rescheduling, the original cancellation policy still applies, based on the initial purchase time and start date of your tour. If switching to a less expensive tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
In the rare event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue your tour—another vehicle (or vehicles) will be sent to pick you up. NO REFUND will be issued for time lost or vehicle changes. However, if the tour is cancelled due to a breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will issue a full refund.
