Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy – Niagara Falls Tour

Feel free to call or email us if you wish to change or cancel your Niagara Falls Private Tour. We offer a FULL REFUND for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour.

Please ensure you arrive on time to participate in the Markham to Niagara Falls Ultra Luxury Private Tour. If you miss the tour or arrive late, no refund will be provided. Our pickup vehicle will wait for a brief period only. Pickup details, including timing and location, will be shared with you via email in advance.

  • If a tour is cancelled due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, you are entitled to a FULL REFUND, which will be processed to your credit card or original payment method.
  • You are welcome to reschedule your private tour to a different date at no extra cost.
  • Need to switch to a larger vehicle? You can upgrade your tour by simply paying the difference in vehicle fee — no processing fees apply. When rescheduling, the original cancellation policy will still apply based on the initial booking date and activity start time.
  • If you choose a less expensive tour, we will refund the difference to your credit card.

In the rare event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, we will do everything possible to continue your tour and dispatch a replacement vehicle. If your tour is cancelled due to such circumstances, we will issue a FULL REFUND. However, no refunds will be issued for delays or vehicle changes during the tour.
