Walking tours start inside the Table Rock Welcome Centre, at the benches and windows that face out onto the falls, at the top of the escalators. The "VOX CITY WALKS" outfit in dark blue will be worn by tour guides

Use your basic entry ticket to visit Skylon Tower. You are not being escorted by a guide, therefore you must find your own way to the tower.

Before visiting Journey, you must exchange your voucher at the Table Rock Welcome Centre. The Table Rock employees will provide you a legitimate ticket and entry time for Behind the Falls.

For a full refund, you may postpone your experience cancellation up to 24 hours in advance.
The amount you paid will not be returned if you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience begins.

Any alterations requested with less than 24 hours until the experience's start time won't be approved.

Cutoff times are established based on the experience's local time.

Weather must be favourable for this encounter. You will be provided with a new date or a full refund if it is postponed due to bad weather.

Before your trip, the tour operator will send you an e-mail with the official vouchers that you must bring with you to each activity.

Before you visit Journey Behind the Falls, you must exchange your PRINTED coupon at the Table Rock Welcome Centre. The Table Rock Welcome Centre staff will supply you with a straight ticket and time slot for Journey Behind the Falls.

You must bring a PRINTED coupon with you to Skylon Tower. Skylon Tower is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The walking trip begins with the Table Rock Welcome Centre. Find your guide at the top of the escalators, inside the welcome centre, near the benches and windows that view the falls. They will be dressed in the "VOX CITY WALKS" dark blue outfit.

Please keep in mind that these are three different experiences; your tour guide will not accompany you to the attractions.
