To change/cancel a Private Tour dates please call or email Niagara Falls Tour. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 48 hours ahead to cancel.If a Private Tour is cancelled less than 48 hours ahead NO REFUND will be provided.

Booking and Payment Policies for Your Niagara Falls Tour Experience: This product is available upon request. Niagara Falls Tour will confirm availability within the shortest possible time after receiving your order. You may initiate a booking request by paying a deposit equal to 20% of the total booking fee. Full payment is withdrawn automatically when Niagara Falls Tour confirms the booking.

You are entitled to a full refund if the booking is canceled up to 48 hours before the tour date.

Please note that for bookings scheduled within 7 days of the tour date, the option to reserve your spot with a 20% deposit is not available.
