Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change or cancel your Private Tour date, please contact Niagara Falls Tour by phone or email. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a FULL REFUND. If a Private Tour is canceled less than 24 hours before the start time, a FULL REFUND will still be provided.

It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your Private Tour. If you are late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be issued. Your confirmed pickup time and location will be shared via email from Niagara Falls Tour.
In case of cancellation due to poor weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or original payment method.
Rescheduling your Private Tour to a different date is free of charge, but must be done within 24 hours of booking.
If you wish to upgrade to a larger vehicle, you’ll only need to pay the difference in vehicle cost—no extra processing fees apply. Please note, if your tour is rescheduled, the original purchase time and date will determine the applicable cancellation policy.
If you switch to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the price difference to your card.
In the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will make every effort to continue the tour by dispatching a replacement vehicle. However, no refund will be provided for any lost time or change in vehicle. If the tour must be canceled due to a breakdown, you will receive a full refund.
