Please be ready and waiting at Skylon Parking Lot B, 5400 Robinson St. 15 mins before. There is a large, paid parking lot next to the Skylon Tower, where you can park your car (approx $5 - $10/day). The guide will meet you at the Robinson St. entrance of the parking lot.

We are happy to pick up visitors from wherever in the area of Niagara Falls, New York, USA. We can suggest a central meeting place if you are staying elsewhere than our pick-up region.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To receive a complete refund, you must cancel up to 24 hours before the experience.

For a full refund, you must cancel you experience at least 24 hours in advance of the activity.
The amount you paid will not be reimbursed if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the start of the activity.

Less than 24 hours before to the start of the experience, any changes made will not be accepted.

The deadlines are dependent on the experience's local time.

Good weather conditions are required for this experience. You will be given the option of an alternate date/experience or a full refund if the event is cancelled.
