Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change or cancel a Private Tour date with Niagara Falls Tour, simply contact us by phone or email. If you decide to cancel, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. However, please note that if you cancel your Private Tour less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.

  • It is important to ensure that you arrive on time for your Private Tour. If you happen to be late and miss the tour, we regret to inform you that no refund will be issued. Prior to your tour, we will provide you with the specific pickup time and location via email.
  • In the event that your tour needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your credit card or any other method of payment that you used for booking.
  • If you wish to reschedule your tour for another date, we are happy to accommodate your request free of charge. However, please ensure that this rescheduling is done within 24 hours of your initial booking.
  • Should you decide to switch your Private Tour to a larger vehicle, please be aware that you will need to cover the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees for this change. On the other hand, if you choose to switch to a less expensive Private Tour, we will gladly refund the difference to your credit card.
  • In the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to continue the tour by providing an alternative vehicle or arranging for another vehicle to pick you up. Unfortunately, no refund will be provided for any time lost or changes in the passenger vehicle during the tour. However, if the tour needs to be cancelled due to a bus or vehicle breakdown, a full refund will be issued.

You get to decide the amount of walking on this trip. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a beautiful, old town; there is quite a lot of walking there and also quite a few steps. Niagara Falls is a little more modern and accessible; however, the amount you walk is related to the amount you want to see!
