    • We will pickup from hotels or B&Bs anywhere in Milton in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    To change or cancel a Private Tour, please contact Niagara Falls Tour by phone or email. Refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. However, if a Private Tour is canceled within 24 hours, no refund will be given.

    • It is important to arrive on time for your Private Tour as no refund will be provided if you arrive late and miss the tour. The pickup time and location details will be communicated to you via email by Niagara Falls Tour
    • In the event that your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be promptly notified and receive a full refund to your credit card or another chosen payment method
    • Rescheduling your tour to a different date is free of charge, but it must be done within 24 hours of booking.
    • If you wish to switch your Private Tour to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the price difference. There are no extra processing fees. In case of rescheduling, the cancellation policy will be based on the original purchase time and start date of the experience.
    • If you choose to switch to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
    • In the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour by arranging alternative transportation. However, no refund will be provided for time lost or any changes in the vehicle. If the tour is ultimately canceled due to a breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will issue a full refund.

    The pickup times are flexible and based on your preferences. Most people are usually picked up between 9 and 11 AM for private trips.

    Tipping is entirely optional, but if you had a great time and would like to show your appreciation to your trip guide, gratuities are always welcomed. The usual range for tips is between 10% and 20%.

    Our guides are fluent in English and are licensed by the Niagara Parks Commission. If you require a trip in a different language, you may need to arrange for a separate guide, which may entail an additional cost.

    The amount of walking is entirely up to you. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a charming old town with plenty of walkways and stairs to explore. Niagara Falls, on the other hand, is more modern and accessible. The distance you cover entirely depends on how much you want to see!
