We will provide comfortable, air-conditioned transportation to and from hotels or B&Bs in Milton.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please contact us via phone or email if you need to modify or cancel your tour dates. If customers cancel by phone at least 48 hours in advance, they will receive an 80% refund. Less than 48 hours notice of a cancellation of a tour results in a 50% charge of the entire booking fee (taxes included).
It is your obligation to arrive on time for your private tour. There will be no refund if you come late and miss the tour. ToNiagara will send you the exact time and location of your pickup.
Should your tour be cancelled for any reason (bad weather or other unanticipated events), you will be informed as soon as possible and will get a FULL REFUND to your credit card or other payment method, if that is the case.
Your tour can be rescheduled at no additional cost, but you must do it within 24 hours of making your reservation.
You will be responsible for the difference in the vehicle charge if you decide to change your Private tour to a larger vehicle. There aren't any extra processing costs. Rescheduled tours are subject to the cancellation policy in effect from the original purchase time and experience start date. In the event that you choose a less costly Private Tour, ToNiagara will credit your credit card with the difference.
All attempts will be made to carry on with the tour in the unlikely case of a bus or vehicle breakdown (a different vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.)
NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown ToNiagara will be provide a full refund.
