We will pickup from hotels or B&Bs anywhere in downtown, Hamilton in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change or cancel a Private Tour date, please contact Niagara Falls Tour by phone or email. Customers who cancel at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. If a Private Tour is canceled within 24 hours, no refund will be given.

Arriving on time for your Private Tour is your responsibility. If you arrive late and miss the tour, no refund will be provided. The pickup time and location will be communicated to you via email by Niagara Falls Tour.
If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund to your credit card or another payment method.
Rescheduling your tour to a different date is free, but must be done within 24 hours of booking.
If you want to switch your Private Tour to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the price difference. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule, the cancellation policy will be based on the original purchase time and start date of the experience.
If you switch to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
In the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour by arranging alternative transportation. No refund will be provided for time lost or a change in the vehicle. If the tour is canceled due to a breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will issue a full refund.

The amount of walking is entirely up to you. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a charming old town with plenty of walkways and stairs to explore. Niagara Falls, on the other hand, is more modern and accessible. The distance you cover entirely depends on how much you want to see!

Booking and Payment Policies for Your Niagara Falls Tour Experience: This product is available upon request. Niagara Falls Tour will confirm availability within the shortest possible time after receiving your order. You may initiate a booking request by paying a deposit equal to 20% of the total booking fee. Full payment is withdrawn automatically when Niagara Falls Tour confirms the booking.

You are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled up to 24 hours before the tour date.

Please note that for bookings scheduled within 20 days of the tour date, the option to reserve your spot with a 20% deposit is not available.
