- Cancelling the adventure against a full refund includes:
- You are eligible for a full refund of your payment on cancelling the activity 24 hours in advance of the commencement of the activity.
- Cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to the starting time of the activity will not result in full back payment.
- Changes requested less than 24 hours before the starting time of the activity are not entertained.
- Considering the Activity’s local time, the cut-off times are calculated.
- Water rafting requires good weather. Your turn is cancelled if not weather condition permits. However, you’re provided with a different date and schedule or reverted back with a full refund.
- A minimum number of participants is required to commence the experience/activity. Your turn is cancelled if a minimum number of participants has not been met. You are scheduled with a different date or refunded your payment.
