Discover the natural beauty of the Niagara Gorge. Learn about the river's historical significance while experiencing the excitement of Devil's Hole class 5 whitewater and the immensity of the Whirlpool. The glass dome provides a panoramic view of the river while keeping you dry, so bring your camera to capture the experience! We do not visit Niagara Falls on any of our itineraries. Our excursions travel upriver through the Niagara Gorge, through the Class V Rapids at Devil's Hole, and up to the Niagara Whirlpool. The Whirlpool and Niagara Falls are separated by a section of Class VI rapids that are impassable (and illegal) to navigate.

Off the Niagara Parkway, take Dumfries St. down to the last stop sign. Follow the route down the hill, remaining to the left side, until you find our parking lot. Guests gather at the wharf from which the boats depart.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A full refund is available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the experience.

For a full refund, you may postpone your experience cancellation up to 24 hours in advance.
The amount you paid will not be returned if you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience begins.

Any alterations requested with less than 24 hours until the experience's start time won't be approved.

Cutoff times are established based on the experience's local time.

When making a reservation, confirmation will be provided Wheelchair accessible.
Tour is not accessible for Wheelchairs.

Travellers with back problems should avoid this tour.

Pregnant women should not participate.

There are no heart issues or any major medical disorders.

Arrive 45 minutes early to register, sign a participation agreement, and attend a pre-trip safety orientation. If you miss the safety orientation, we will shift you to the next available trip time (which may be the next day) without notice, so it is critical that you arrive on time.

All relevant features of jet-boating, including personal health needs, are thoroughly explained in the participation agreement. Failure to sign the agreement does not entitle you to a credit or refund.

Wheelchair accessibility - passengers may use a wheelchair to go from the pier to the boat, but they may not bring the chair on board. If help is requested, the passenger Passengers must furnish their own caretaker.

Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in front of each seat without help.

Participants must be at least 40" tall (1 metre) - the average 4 year child.

Children aged 15 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Participants that arrive late or do not show up will not receive a refund. You have 24 hours before your trip to cancel for a full refund. Trips can be rescheduled until the day of departure at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Guests must provide their own mode of transportation to the venue.
