    Pickup Information

    • Tour Begins at Niagara Falls Adventures, Goat Island, Niagara Falls, NY 14303, USA.
    • Landmark: The large stone archway that separates the Cave of the Winds from the primary Goat Island parking area.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Only cancellations up to 24 hours in advance of the experience will recieve a full refund.

    • If you cancel more than 24 hours before the experience’s start time you will receive full refund.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, no refund will apply.
    • No changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • If tour is canceled because the minimum number of participants isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

    • After booking you will receive a confirmation message.
    • Accessible by Wheelchair
    • Ensure children are always accompanied by n adult.
    • The damp portions of the Gorge Walk are not accessible, after October 15 due to safety concerns.
