Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you need to change/cancel tour dates please call or email us, info@niagarafallstour.com. Customers will receive a 80% refund if they call at least 7 days ahead to cancel. If a tour is cancelled less than 7 days ahead 50% of the total booking fee (taxes included) is charged.
  • You are responsible for arriving on time. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Falls Tour will specify your pickup time and location through email.
  • If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.
  • Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, however must be done within 24 hours of booking.
  • To switch your tour to a priviate tour or a larger vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation policy is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the tour. If you are switching to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Falls Tour will refund the difference to your credit card.
  • In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown Niagara Falls Tour will be provide a full refund.

Booking and Payment Policy – Niagara Falls Tour Experience

This tour product is available on request and is subject to availability. Upon submission of your booking request, our team will promptly verify availability and confirm your reservation at the earliest possible opportunity.

Book Now, Pay Later Option:

Customers may select the Book Now, Pay Later option during the reservation process. Under this option, no immediate payment is required at the time of booking. However, full payment will be automatically charged to the payment method provided upon confirmation of the booking by the tour operator.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Customers are entitled to a full refund if the confirmed booking is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

Please be advised that the Book Now, Pay Later option is not available for bookings made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled tour date. In such cases, full payment is required at the time of booking.
