Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Please contact us via phone or email if you need to modify or cancel your tour dates. If customers cancel by phone at least seven days in advance, they will receive an 80% refund. 50% of the total booking price (taxes included) is charged if a tour is cancelled fewer than seven days in advance.
  • It is your obligation to arrive on time for your private tour. There will be no refund if you come late and miss the tour. ToNiagara will send you the exact time and location of your pickup.
  • Should your tour be cancelled for any reason (bad weather or other unanticipated events), you will be informed as soon as possible and will get a FULL REFUND to your credit card or other payment method, if that is the case.
  • Your tour can be rescheduled at no additional cost, but you must do it within 24 hours of making your reservation.
  • You will be responsible for the difference in the vehicle charge if you decide to change your Private tour to a larger vehicle. There aren't any extra processing costs. The cancellation policy is applicable depending on the original purchase time and tour start date if you reschedule. In the event that you choose a less costly Private Tour, ToNiagara will credit your credit card with the difference.
  • In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown ToNiagara will be provide a full refund.
