  • Feel free to call or email ToNiagara to change or cancel a Luxury Private Tour. We release 80% REFUND to customers who call us at least 7 days ahead to cancel the tour. Only 50% REFUND of total booking fee (tax included) for those who call ToNiagara less than 7 days to cancel.
  • Be responsible for arriving on time to take part in the Burlington to Niagara Falls Day Tour. If you miss the tour or arrive late to participate, NO REFUND is released. Our pickup vehicle will wait for a few minutes. We will send you the pickup timing and location details via email.
  • Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, if a Day Tour is cancelled, you are eligible for FULL REFUND as soon as possible on your credit card or any other mode of payment, as applicable.
  • You can reschedule your small group Day tour to another date free of cost. Make sure that changes are made within 24 hours of booking.
  • You can switch your private tour to larger vehicle. Pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There is no processing fees, additionally.   • Bus/vehicle breakdowns are rare and occasional. We will make all efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up.
