Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Feel free to call or email ToNiagara to change or cancel a Luxury Private Tour. We release 80% REFUND to customers who call us at least 48 hours ahead to cancel the tour. Only 50% REFUND of total booking fee (tax included) for those who call ToNiagara less than 48 hours to cancel.
  • Be responsible for arriving on time to take part in the Burlington to Niagara Falls Day Tour. If you miss the tour or arrive late to participate, NO REFUND is released. Our pickup vehicle will wait for a few minutes. We will send you the pickup timing and location details via email.
  • Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, if a Day Tour is cancelled, you are eligible for FULL REFUND as soon as possible on your credit card or any other mode of payment, as applicable.
  • You can reschedule your small group Day tour to another date free of cost. Make sure that changes are made within 24 hours of booking.
  • You can switch your private tour to larger vehicle. Pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There is no processing fees, additionally. To reschedule an experience, the cancellation guidelines are applied based on the original purchase time and the original start date of the activity. You can switch your tour to less expensive tour. We will release the difference amount on your credit card.
  • Bus/vehicle breakdowns are rare and occasional. We will make all efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up. For any time lost on the tour or change in the vehicle, NO REFUND can be claimed. However, if a Day tour is cancelled due to a bus/vehicle breakdown, we release FULL REFUND.

No, you are not wait-listed. However, rush to book your slots as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Tipping is optional. If you enjoyed the experience and wanted to appreciate the tour guide, then gratuity is accepted. Only a 10% to 20% tip is usual.

All our tour guides speak fluent English and are licensed by the Niagara Parks Commission. Further, if you prefer a tour in a different language, then you may have to pay for a stand-alone tour guide.

A seat reservation is not available. We allot seats based on first-come, first-serve. However, you should contact the ToNiagara website for seat reservations. We will try to do our best.
