Voyage to the Falls cruise. This attraction is seasonal. If the Voyage to the Falls cruise is not available (usually in the winter months), this experience will not be part of the tour. Instead we will take you to Journey Behind The Falls or Skylon Tower.

Travel along the famous Niagara Parkway along the Niagara River and admire the wonderful view.

Experience the natural phenomenon of the Niagara River. You will witness the power of the Niagara River and watch the white waters of the rapids in the Niagara Gorge. The waters of the rapids converge, causing them to spin in counterclockwise motion. At this time we drop off customers to the Helipad (if they have selected the Helicopter Tour Add-On).

Pickup Information

We pick up and drop off from all hotels & B&Bs in the Greater Toronto Area. We try to keep the group sizes small so that tours can be conducted preferably in 6 Seater SUVs. This allows us to pickup from your preferred location. Larger vehicles like buses will be used based on the group size.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change or cancel Niagara Falls Day, Evening, or Private Tour dates, please call or email us.

Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.

If a day or evening tour is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead NO REFUND will be provided.

You are responsible for arriving on time for your Niagara Falls Small-Group Tour. The pickup vehicle will usually wait for a few minutes; however, if you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. ToNiagara will specify your pickup time and location through email.

If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.
Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge.
To switch your tour from day tour to evening tour, custom tour or vice versa, you will have to pay the difference in the tour fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience.
If you are switching to a less expensive tour, ToNiagara will refund the difference to your credit card.
In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in a passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to a bus/vehicle breakdown ToNiagara will provide a full refund.

Q: What type of vehicle is used?

This small-group tour is usually conducted in a comfortable SUV. It is heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. Sometimes, for larger groups, the tour may be conducted in a shuttle bus or van, depending on the requirement.

Q: Is this a good sightseeing tour?

Yes. It is a great sightseeing tour. We show you most of what the Niagara region has to offer on this 9.5-hour tour.

Q: Is there ever a circumstance when a location is omitted from the tour?

During the winter months, the Hornblower Boat Cruise is closed. Instead, we visit the Journey Behind The Falls Attraction (or Skylon Tower, if Journey Behind The Falls is unavailable)

Q: Are we inside the vehicle the whole tour?

No, since locations are spread out, we must use a comfortable coach vehicle for transportation. However, there are a number of stops to get off the vehicle and explore your surroundings.

Q: Is there assigned seating in the vehicle?

Seating is first-come, first-served. However, please contact info@toniagara.com if you require a reserved seat, and we will try to assist.

Q: If the tour is sold out, is there a waiting list?

No, there are no waiting lists. It is best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Q: Are cameras allowed on the tour?

Yes. We want you to capture all the great memories of your tour with us!

Q: Should I tip the tour guide?

Gratuities are not included in the price of your ticket. A tip is not required but always appreciated!

Q: Are food and drink included on the tour? Can I bring my own?

No food is served on the tour; you are provided complimentary bottled water. Feel free to bring your own snacks, as long as you remove all garbage from the vehicle at the end of the tour. There are many fast food places to eat, or you can purchase the lunch add-on when you book your ticket.

Q: Are kids ages 0-3 years of age free?

Infants 0–3 years of age are free; however, seating is not guaranteed. If the vehicle is full, they may have to sit on a lap. If you purchase a seat, it is guaranteed.

Other Information

Booking and Payment Policies for Your Niagara Falls Tour Experience: This product is available upon request. Niagara Falls Tour will confirm availability within the shortest possible time after receiving your order. You may initiate a booking request by paying a deposit equal to 20% of the total booking fee. Full payment is withdrawn automatically when Niagara Falls Tour confirms the booking.

You are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled up to 24 hours before the tour date.

Please note that for bookings scheduled within 20 days of the tour date, the option to reserve your spot with a 20% deposit is not available.
