Daily departure times from Billy Bishop Airport on Toronto Island vary (please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure). Two pieces of standard carry-on baggage allowed: 24 inches x 10 inches x 14 inches (upto 30kg or 65lbs total).
Arrive at Niagara District Airport (trip takes approximately 25 minutes).
We will drive you to your Niagara Falls hotel or destination.
If you need to cancel your tour, you can receive a full refund if you do so at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience.
However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, you will not be eligible for a refund of the amount you paid.
Please note that any changes made to your experience less than 24 hours before its start time will not be accepted.
The cut-off times for cancellations and changes are based on the local time of the experience, which is Eastern Standard Time.
It's important to keep in mind that this experience is weather-dependent, and it requires good weather conditions to operate. In the event of poor weather, the tour may be cancelled, and you will be given the option of rescheduling for a different date or receiving a full refund.

What happens when I land at St. Catharines/Niagara District Airport?You will be picked up at the airport and driven to your hotel or destination, let the driver know when you would like to be picked up and he/she will pick you up and drive you back to the airport.
If you can fit on standard airplane seat, you can will be able to fit onto the airplane. There are no height restrictions.
Can infants/children take this tour?Yes, infants and children and ride on the airplane.
Do I need a passport?A passport is not necessary.
How many people does the plane seat?The airplane sits 3 people (everybody gets a window seat)
How safe are small aircraft?All airplanes are licensed by Transport Canada and subject to rigorous safety inspections
Do you fly in the winter?Yes, Fall and Winter in the Niagara Region is beautiful.
What happens if there is bad weather and you cannot fly?If your flight is cancelled due to bad weather we will reschedule when possible, if not we will provide a full reimbursement.
What is your cancellation policy?Other than weather or operator cancellations, if the trip is cancelled for any other reason NO REFUND will be issued.
