Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time of the tour will not qualify for a refund.
Cut-off time for cancellations will be dependent on the start time of the ghost tour.
In case of cancellation of the Distillery District Toronto walking ghost tour due to poor weather, you will be offered a full refund or the option to change the date of the tour.
